Rak Besi ... The Problem

Alhamdulillah hari ni dah settle semua pemotongan besi utk pembuatan rak cendawan. So far dah siap 2 biji rak. Nampak mcm ok .. tp x berani nak confirm 100% OK. Patutnya mamat yg buat rak tu ambik cuti empat hari utk settlekan semua rak tu. Tp tetiba tadi bos dia sudah call suruh dia balik sbb dah ada new projek.

Aduh sakit kepala dibuatnya ... discuss punya discuss dia agreed to come evry saturday and sunday as to complete the whole task. Hoping that he will keep his promise. Alhamdulillah satu sen blm bagi lagi kat dia. Kalau tak maun sakit dibuatnya. Sementara nak tgu mamat tu dtg .. Insya Allah kami akan assigned one of the staff to star with the painting work. Hopefully this will also help to expedite the process.

Bab hasil pulak ... terkejut kami kutipan pagi td dan mlm semalam dekat 14KG entah tetiba naik melonjak. Alhamdulillah semua terjual.

Kami ni sebenarnya mmg berhajat nak start buat training tp bila pikir balik its better to do it once we have complete all the important task i.e. rumah cendawan, 60K bungkah cendawan etc. This is to ensure that our focus is not distracted by some other activities. For us once we have complete everything it is easier for us and the participant to uderstand the whole process and the best way to start a new business like what we are doing today.

Alhamdulillah our first step to involved to this new venture ... we can call it as 99% in the right path. Even though there are so much obstacle but so far we manage to overcome it. For us this will make us more competitive in this market.

So what we have in mind also is to ensure that the new comer are well educate with the whole process in this mushroom business. Don't take it for granted as we will be responsible for any wrong doing being made by our trainee based on all the input that we had provided to them.

For whoever .. this is just my decent advice. Please do your own research and get as much experience first before u want to venture into any training.
